Car Club Relations
The relationships we have built over the years with all the great car clubs that support our events are very important to us. Thank you for attending and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

Car Club Tent Reservations
Carlisle Events has made a few changes to the club tent program.
Each club that registers by the Club Tent Registration Deadline:
With one of the following:
- 25 vehicles for a single event will be eligible for a FREE 20x20 tent to use for club headquarters.
- 50 vehicles for a single event will be eligible for a FREE 20x30 tent to use for club headquarters.
- 75 vehicles for a single event will be eligible for a FREE 20x40 tent to use for club headquarters.
New clubs that want to participate or clubs that didn't meet the 25 vehicle requirement last year will need to make a $160 pre-payment. If the club meets the 25 vehicle requirement this year, (based on Carlisle Events' computer registration records), the prepaid tent fee of $160 will be reimbursed after the event to the club official who initiated the arrangements.
The $160 pre-payment fee is waived for clubs that met the 25 vehicle requirement last year.
Important Participation Details
All clubs are required to display a banner at their tent with their club name. The "Coolest Club Hangout" award will be presented on Saturday morning to the club with the most creative club tent display. The "Coolest Club Hangout" award will be a banner for your club to proudly display at the current Carlisle show and take with you to display at all the other shows your club attends in the future!
Is your club on the fringe; do you have 35-45 members attend each year and you are knocking at the door of the 50 vehicle milestone? Call Toni Lehman at (717) 243-7855 x 121 to tell her you'll be increasing your registered members for 2008 and discuss your options.
Each member must register individually for the show field. Be sure that they list the same club name when registering. A club organizer can collect the registration forms and mail them together, or they can be mailed by each individual member. Payment must accompany each registration in order for that individual to be considered pre-registered.
